*Appointment times are requests only and will be confirmed after intake review. A comprehensive 45-minute psychiatric evaluation for adults seeking thoughtful, structured outpatient care. This visit includes a detailed review of your psychiatric history, current concerns, and treatment goals, with a focus on developing an individualized care plan. All new patients are required to complete an intake form prior to their visit. Appointments are reviewed to determine whether CalmSphere is an appropriate fit for your level of care, and confirmation is provided after this review. Medication is prescribed when clinically appropriate and is not guaranteed as part of the evaluation.
