Fees for psychiatric consultations, follow-up visits, and documentation services at CalmSphere are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the applicable fee and are non-refundable.

Fees for administrative services or documentation (such as FMLA or ESA letters) are non-refundable once completed.
