What services does CalmSphere offer?
We provide psychiatric medication management for adults and teens, focusing on depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and more. Consultations are available both virtually and in-person in Newport Beach, CA, and Oregon. Texas is on the horizon!

How do I book an appointment?
You can request an appointment through our website contact form, by email, or by calling us at (949) 424-7066. We’ll start with a brief phone call to gather your history before scheduling your first consultation.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Initial visits last about 45 minutes and include a full review of your psychiatric history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
How often are follow-up appointments?
After starting medication, we’ll check in after 2 weeks, then monthly for 3 months. Once stable, follow-ups are every 3 months.
What are your fees?
Initial consultations are $375, follow-ups are $175, and documentation requests (like FMLA or ESA letters) are $50.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept Cigna, Aetna, Magellan, and BlueCross/BlueShield California.
What is your cancellation policy?
Late cancellations (<24 hours) and no-shows are charged $75.
How are prescriptions managed?
Prescription requests are handled via email or the contact form. For controlled substances, we require an initial drug test and may do random follow-ups. No advance prescriptions are given.
What if I need a refill?
Refills are provided during scheduled follow-ups. If you need one between appointments, please reach out via email.
What if I have an emergency?
If you’re experiencing a crisis or emergency outside of office hours, please go to the nearest ER or call 911.
How can I communicate securely with CalmSphere?
We use HIPAA-compliant tools for all patient communication and documentation. If you have a preferred secure platform, let us know!
Do you offer therapy or group sessions?
Not yet, but we’re planning to add therapy services soon!
Can I provide feedback or a testimonial?
Absolutely! We have a HIPAA-compliant workflow for collecting and publishing testimonials. Just let us know if you’d like to share your experience.
